  I've been here twice - both times for takeout close to closing.
  
  They get my food to me in less than 10 minutes!
  I noticed that they get everything from the fridge. They take out 10 plastic tupperware containers and put a little bit from each into my bowl. (I got the Korean Poke/Sashimi bowl and the bibimbap bowl). I questioned how fresh the ingredients were, but both times the ingredients were very fresh. My avocado was even perfectly ripe! I love how much variety are in the bowls. There is at least 10 different items in the korean poke bowl. It feels healthy, its so colourful! I like how there are different sauce options for the bowls as well. I love the korean sauce they used. I saved the extra I had for another meal. When I asked for the korean sauce, they gave me a container of the alternate sauce as well which I think was wasabi mayo. IT WAS DELICIOUS!! So glad they gave me both. They were both delicious and I enjoyed eating my bowl with both. I would come here over and over again. One of my favourite spots in Ottawa. Price is also very good!

  Second time trying this place. Both times were for takeout.
  
  Ambience : the interior of this place is dated, you can tell that they have not renovated it in quiet some time. The restaurant is very small, offering less than 10 seats total.
  
  Food: average. I ordered the salmon & tuna poke bowl both times. They are quiet stingey with the sashimi, and the quality of the fish is average - not super fresh/high grade. They also had pre-made maki rolls / dumplings / side dishes. Again, none of which looked very appetizing / fresh.
  
  Price: I paid $20 total for the salmon bowl with extra tuna on top. Given that I've paid extra for the tuna, I really couldn't tell that the chef gave me more than how much he'd usually give to each bowl . I was not very full after eating the bowl.
  
  I don't understand all the raves about this place. It's okay if you are just in for a quick bite, but nothing spectacular.

  Rice & Roll sushi was the perfect quick lunch spot while exploring Ottawa. My husband and I shared the dragon combo and spicy California roll. Both were very fresh and just what we were looking for.

  Love this place, a tiny little joint that you may not notice if you aren't looking for it. Thanks Yelp community for helping me find this little treasure.
  Fresh sushi with great customer service. Havent had anything here I haven't thoroughly enjoyed.
  
  Would I recommend? Yes
  Would I return? Yes

  So, I would rather not report on this place and keep it my little secret, but as a service to my community I will share this little gem.
  I just had the newest addition to their menu, the Korean Poké bowl and omg it does not disappoint!
  Ingredients were fresh, with lovely large slices of avocado, roe, sashimi tuna,edamame only to name a few of the luscious ingredients, served with not one but two yummy sauces on the side so you can decide how spicy or not you like it.
  Thus will definitely be added to my regular lunch repertoire
